With the booking of an event you confirm following: I confirm that you I have read and agreed the conditions of travel and payment (available online at www.ebnwu.com and in the EBN office). I agree that that the Erasmus Buddy Network (EBN) is allowed to use pictures/videos taken of the participant during the trip/event. I’m aware of EBN’s cancellation policy. Finally EBN reserves its right to cancel bookings against full refund if the number of participants is too small.
Cancellation of participation in a booked event by the contractual partner is only possible before the start of the event. Cancellation can only be made via the website at “ebnwu.com” with the corresponding registration by the contractual partner. In case of cancellation, EBN WU will be forced to charge cancellation fees in the following amounts:
(iii) exception: Zell am See Trip:
– up to 30 days before the start of the trip 10% trip costs.
– within 30 days before the start of the trip 100% trip costs.
Every activity which includes transportation in the price is considered a trip. Every activity which doesn’t include transportation in the price is considered an event.
In case of the Ski Trip to Zell am See: Declaration of liability
With the booking of a ticket for “Zell am See” you hereby acknowledge that the Erasmus Buddy Network or ÖH WU does not take any responsibility for any potential accidents or injuries. You furthermore confirm that you have an insurance and that it has been brought to your attention that you will have to pay up to 70 EUR if you damage something.
3. Referrals and links
The author is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from his pages – unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site fromviewing those pages. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages.
